- When the cardholder receives the promotional invitation for a 2X1 Certificate for a Ticket for a Companion, and if they achieve the established invoicing goal, shall have the right to purchase a round trip ticket for an adult at market price, in economy class, in order to travel from and to participating cities and destinations. They will also receive a courtesy ticket for a companion with the same characteristics of the ticket purchased. Market price refers to the airfare publicized in MLS’s reservation system or on trustworthy websites, at the time of the purchase.
- The 2X1 Certificate for a Ticket for a Companion is neither non-transferrable nor tradable for cash money. The names appearing on the Reservation Form must be those of the people who will travel. The Purchaser of the Base Airline Ticket must be the Holder to whom the 2X1 Certificate for a Ticket for a Companion was addressed, and must pay for the airline ticket along with the corresponding taxes using their credit card.
- This offer is valid only for a ticket for a companion upon reserving and purchasing airline tickets through MLS, for the aforementioned destinations. Trips to Mexico and Europe shall be contemplated under the discount model of up to $350 USD on the Ticket for a Companion.
- Both passengers must travel together to the same destination. In the event the user were to have more than one 2X1 Certificates for a Ticket for a Companion, they may use up to two certificates at one time, for the same travel dates and destinations. No group travel permitted. Group travel is defined as three or more people with the 2X1 Certificate for a Ticket for a Companion asking to travel together on the same dates and to the same destination, using three or more Reservation Forms.
- The 2X1 Certificate for a Ticket for a Companion may not be used in combination with other promotions or discount programs or anything else including government rates, groups, tours, conventions, students, children, internet travel agencies. This ticket may not be reimbursed or transferred. The Holder is responsible for the cost of the Base Airline Ticket and the tax corresponding to both tickets, and of the issuance fees of each ticket which shall be billed on top of the Base Ticket and of the Companion ($20 USD). Once the tickets are issued, no changes are allowed to the itinerary or to the names of the travelers.
- The Holder of the Certificate must make their reservation and purchase the tickets within the first 90 days after the certificate for this offer is issued, and complete their travels within the 12 months following the issuance of Certificate for the Offer. All reservations may be made nine months before the date of departure; however, tickets must be acquired at least 21 days before departure. For travels made between December 15th and January 5th, Thanksgiving Week and during the Holy Week season (the week before, during, and after Holy Week), it will be necessary to acquire the tickets at least 60 days prior to departure. Open tickets with no date or a destination for return are not permitted. A one-time surcharge of $150 USD for trips during Christmas, Thanksgiving and Holy Week seasons may apply. Users may not stay a night during a connection between and toward their final destination. All tickets must have a return date. The round-trip must be completed in 30 days.
- The cost under the Base Ticket shall depend on the date of departure and return depending on the specific season of the year.
- MLS reserves the right to select the flights and the airline for travel at their discretion, based on availability and participation of determined airlines. If the Holder of the Certificate wishes to travel on specific flights different from those chosen by MLS and there is an increase in the price of the airfare, the Holder of the Certificate shall be responsible for the additional cost. All travel documents as well as customs requirements required, including having and showing acceptable proof of citizenship and visas during travel are the traveler's responsibility.
- All tickets must be issued electronically. There may be additional charges for delivery of the tickets via parcel services such as FedEx.
- MLS agents shall seek the lowest price for the tickets for travel; however, MLS reserves the right to declare it impossible to make a reservation in the event there is no availability on behalf of the airline or due to problems with flight itineraries. In such a case, the Holder of the Certificate may choose other travel dates or travel to another destination appearing on the Destinations page or on the website.
- All offers under the 2X1 Certificate for a Ticket for a Companion are valid solely for the cardholder to whom the Certificate for the Offer is sent, they are not reimbursable, and they cannot be changed for money. Duplicating or copying the ticket shall be cause for annulment of the ticket.
- Limitations due to availability of flights during vacation periods may apply, as well as seasonal restrictions to certain destinations. Terms, itineraries, and prices are subject to changes without prior warning.
- None of the terms or conditions may be altered without the written authorization of an MLS manager. MLS has final say on interpreting these terms and conditions.
- In order to make use of this promotion, it is necessary that the cardholder have an unblocked Credit Card at the moment the Reservation Form is delivered in order to obtain the 2X1 Ticket for a Companion. Additionally, the card must not have other limitations which would halt the authorization of the charge for the purchase of the Ticket for a Companion, taxes, or other issuance charges, since payment for the Base Ticket as well as taxes and fees must be made by the Bank's Credit Card. MLS may only bill the Holder of the Certificate for the cost and taxes of the Base Ticket, the taxes corresponding to the Ticket for the Companion, and issuance fees for each ticket. Any other expense must be approved in writing by the Holder of the Certificate.
- In the event it is required, MLS reserves the right to modify this program at their discretion, following notification to the Client within a minimum term of 10 business days.
- The following is a list of destinations for the Certificate Offer. New destinations may be added to the list without previous notice.
